Current Members
The ERC gives students broader, non-technical capabilities that make them more effective as potential leaders in industry and elsewhere. It encourages interactions between industry and students at several levels:
- Participation in joint research projects
- Attendance at research seminars
- Industrial visits
- Winter and Summer Internships
Internships
Vaisala, one of the leading weather instrumentation companies in the world and CASA Industry Consortium member, has offered the following student internships:
- Signal processing algorithms for wind profiler radars at Vaisala, Boulder
- Demonstration of voiced METARs at Vaisala, Boulder
- Lightning detection at Vaisala, Tucson
Hiring Students
CASA Industrial Consortium members often hire undergraduate and graduate students. We are working with our industrial partners to identify matches between their hiring needs and CASA graduating students. Industry Consortium members have special access to resumes of graduating students. If you would like to meet some of our students or have access to their resumes, please contact CASA's Industry Liaison Officer.
