Principles of Systems Engineering (PoSE) Workshop

Instructors from Raytheon Learning Institute conducted a 5 day workshop at the University of Massachusetts for 24 participants from CASA's four partner universities. CASA participants learned and applied key Systems Engineering methods through innovative activity-based classroom training that blended role plays, group discussions, and other activities featuring:

• Learning environment that encouraged participants to share knowledge, perspective, and experience
• Team-based application of key methods using a meaningful, engaging, and fun case study throughout
• Emphasis on interadtive lectures - No "Death by Powerpoint"
